"Form follows function – that has been misunderstood. Form and function should be one, joined in a spiritual union." — Frank Lloyd Wright

Breanna White, RlD

Principal | Interior Designer

Breanna’s expertise includes a broad range of projects and styles such as energetic restaurants, inviting retail stores, one-of-a kind office spaces, luxury high-rise condos and welcoming medical offices. With a keen eye for detail, an understanding of fabrication & construction, and over 2 decades of experience, Breanna provides clients with a level of comfort and confidence that is unmatched.

Breanna’s interest in design began early in 8th grade Home Economics class (sounds cheesy but it’s true). The assignment was to create a floor plan of her bedroom - measure the furniture, cut out the pieces to scale and come up with the best furniture plan laying the pieces on graph paper. All parts of this project opened her eyes to the design world - measuring, scaling, imagining, space planning. Breanna believes space planning is the foundation to all great designs.

Her love of craftsmanship also began as a child growing up in the oil fields of west Texas. Watching machinists weld and lathe raw steel to designs that specifically met their needs provided her with an understanding and appreciation for hand fabrication, design and problem solving.

Former clients would say Breanna’s designs and project management skills have been integral to the success of each project and her ability to listen to their needs and follow-through with beautiful and functional spaces exceeded their expectations. Former employers would describe Breanna as diligent, creative, has the ability to think outside the box, inquisitive and a problem solver.

Recent past projects while working for Embree Construction Group and McCray & Co. include: Via 313 Pizzeria, Stiles Switch BBQ, Vesper Condos (Pearlstone Properties), Garbo’s Lobster, Meanwhile Brewery, Kendra Scott Jewelry, Ann Taylor, LOFT, Ann Taylor Factory, LOFT Outlet, (Ann Inc.) Big Mouth Southwestern Grill.

Monty White

Monty’s design journey began on a farm, where he learned creative problem-solving and resourcefulness building with unique and recycled materials. Learning to draw and draft by hand at a young age laid the groundwork for understanding design principles and the art of the craft.

Monty designed his first restaurant while studying Architecture at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. He quickly learned the psychology of design and the crucial role space planning, color and lighting play in the success of all types of business, especially restaurant and retail spaces where customer experience is crucial.

Beyond Architecture, Monty has studied art, developed a restaurant concept that scaled to two units, worked as a national general contractor, and served as Director of Design and Architecture for a national restaurant development group. His career has centered on design and its impact on people and environments. Through diverse experiences Monty has become a well-rounded designer and is as comfortable on a jobsite as at the drafting table or in the back of house with kitchen staff. Recent collaborations include national brands Chase Bank, DaVita and Raising Cane’s, as well as, emerging brands like VIA313 Pizzeria, Hat Creek Burgers, Pincho and Crack Shack. Past clients and associates would say Monty is most noted for his positive attitude, being easy to work with, keen ability to problem solve, superb attention to details and good communication skills.
